• Morning sessions: 8:30am – 1:00pm (4.5 hours) – £44.55 per day
• Afternoon sessions: 1:00pm – 5:30pm (4.5 hours) – £44.55 per day
• Full-day sessions: £89.10
• A combination of sessions
We are happy to make slight adjustments to the timings of our fixed sessions, where possible, to support access to a family’s full funded entitlement for funded places. Any adjustments remain within our overall session structure and are subject to availability.
Stretched Funding Example:
A 30-hour entitlement may be stretched across 50 weeks that we are open, totalling 22.8 (22 hours 48 minutes per week). We can accommodate a schedule of:
9-3pm 3 days per week = 18 hours
+
8:30-1:20pm (4.5 hours) which totals 22.8 hours.
*Additional hours beyond the funded entitlement are charged at our standard rate of £9.90 per hour.
Our private fee is £9.90 per hour. If you chose to pay for additional private hours to extend your child’s day to a full day, for example, the cost for 1:20pm until 5:30pm would be 9.90 × 4 hours and 10 minutes = £41.25 per week for that extended session.
What you need to know.
15 and 30 Hour government funding is accepted.
Funding can be ‘stretched’ over 50 weeks (we close for two weeks over Christmas) to spread the free hours over the entire year. This means 30‑hour funding is claimed at 22 hours 48 minutes per week, and 15‑hour funding at 11 hours 24 minutes per week, throughout the year. If attending term time only, the full 15 or 30 hours will be applied each week, where available.
Voluntary Consumables Contribution: Families are invited, but not required, to make a voluntary consumables contribution of £0.75 per funded hour. Parents can choose to opt in or out of this contribution at the start of each term.
These voluntary contributions help towards the cost of snacks and optional special events and celebrations, including:
Snacks provided during the day
Graduation events and concerts
Mother’s or Father’s Day teas
Seasonal celebrations such as Christmas, Easter, and Halloween
Children who do not take part in optional celebrations or events will be offered alternative activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ensuring they continue to have a positive and engaging experience.
Ad Hoc hours can be booked but are charged at the hourly rates above with a £2 per hour (£11.90) additional fee are booked at the discretion of the nursery manager.
